About the Vineyard
From our land to your glass.
Sourced from our estate vineyard in the Grand Valley AVA, and in the Four Corners region (Cortez & Dolores), our fruit grows in mineral-rich soils and high-desert sun. We farm sustainably to capture the truest expression of this extraordinary place.
- Regeneratively farmed
- Hand-harvested
- Grown for quality over quantity

Made the traditional way.
Hand-harvested at the perfect moment, whole cluster
pressed, and fermented in stainless steel. Aged en tirage
for over 18 months before disgorgement for depth,
structure, and a fine, elegant mousse.
- Traditional method
- Aged on lees for 18+ months
- Disgorged by hand
- Small lots, Big care
