About This Wine

A pleasant, classic Sekt style sparkler with zero dosage and 8ths en tirage from the ultra-high elevation Box Bar Vineyard in the Rocky Mountain state. There's a saline intensity to the aromatics, with rich notes of lemon cream, a whisper of petrol and sweet honey. The palate is sleek and lively; cardoman spice candied ginger enliven rich peach and ripe pear fruits.
