The Ordinary Fellow is a family-owned craft winery in Western Colorado with a focus on classic French varietals producing small-scale wines with a minimal approach. Our vineyards in Southwest Colorado and Utah are regeneratively farmed, never sprayed, hand-harvested and trellised for quality over quantity carrying an eco-mindset from land to bottle.

These highly sought after wines have been awarded by many national and international publications and can be found gracing the wine lists of Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury resorts.

The name itself draws inspiration from an old Whitbread pub in England that was a favorite haunt of Ben’s. It evokes a sense of welcome and camaraderie-reflecting the spirit of hospitality we strive to offer, where everyone feels at home and valued.

The deeper meaning is a reminder that there is beauty and significance in the ordinary, often overlooked moments of life -a hike in the mountains, a great meal or sharing a bottle of wine with friends.

The Ordinary Fellow celebrates the humble and familiar, acknowledging that these are the things that make life richer and more meaningful.
